Class Types: 

Flow Yoga
A dynamic sequence that links breath and movement. Build strength, improve flexibility, and find your flow. Perfect for all levels.

Foam Rolling Yin

A unique practice combining the deep stretches of Yin Yoga with foam rolling techniques to release muscle tension, improve flexibility, and boost recovery. Ideal for athletes or anyone seeking therapeutic relaxation and stress relief.

Kids Yoga

A playful and engaging class where children explore yoga through poses, breathing, and mindfulness activities. Builds strength, balance, focus, and creativity in a fun, supportive environment. (Registration required.)

Power Yoga
Challenge yourself with this invigorating practice designed to build endurance and strength. Ideal for those who love a good sweat.

Stretch Yoga
Gentle, deep stretches to improve flexibility, reduce pain, and leave you feeling refreshed. A favorite for seniors and beginners!

Monday (Yoga Lab)

  • 9:00 AM – Hot Power: Energize your day with a powerful, heated practice to build strength and endurance.

  • 10:30 AM – Foam Rolling Yin: Deep stretches and myofascial release to restore flexibility and ease tension.

Monday (Shalom Orlando)

  • 12:00 PM – Cool Power: A dynamic flow to build strength while staying cool and collected.

  • 1:00 PM – Stretch Yoga: Gentle stretches to improve mobility and reduce pain, perfect for all levels.

  • 2:00 PM – Kids Yoga: A fun, engaging session for little yogis. (Registration required.)

 

Wednesday (Yoga Lab)

  • 9:00 AM – Cool Flow: A smooth, flowing sequence to cultivate mindfulness and movement.

  • 10:30 AM – Foam Rolling Yin: Release tension and enhance recovery with this soothing class.

Thursday (Shalom Orlando)

  • 11:00 AM – Cool Flow Yoga: Flow through mindful sequences to boost flexibility and balance.

  • 12:00 PM – Cool Power: Strengthen your body and calm your mind in this invigorating practice.

 

Private Lessons
