Start the week strong with a LIVE Online Yoga Class. This inspiring flow yoga practice incorporates breathwork, movement, and stretching. Classes are all-levels, meaning everyone from beginners to advanced students will enjoy the practice. After the session, this class will be posted to the library, where members can practice it again anytime.
Re-group, re-center, and re-focus your team with weekly LIVE Online Meditation Classes. Together, we'll practice a variety of inspiring meditations from visualization experiences to breathwork exercises. All Meditations will be posted to the library for playback after.
Once a month, you'll be invited to join a Facebook Live Coaching session. Join Emily online for an ask-all session to get tips and tricks to enhance your practice and keep you moving towards your goals. We'll dive deeper into interesting topics like Aging Strategies, Ayurveda, Mindset, Nutrition, Positive Affirmations, Vision Boards, Wiring For Joy, Yoga Methodology, and more.
Your team will have complete access to the bZen On Demand Library, which hosts a variety of yoga and meditation classes, from beginner to advanced, from sweaty to stretchy!
