I was able to do yoga on an airplane! My back, legs, and whole body felt so much better! I'm going to do this every time I fly!

I help yoga students over 40 redefine health & wellness with holistic strategies to reduce pain and anxiety, so they can continue to live an active lifestyle for years to come!

Call me crazy….but I believe that as a person in 2023 you get to design the lifestyle you want FIRST, then build a strategy that makes it a reality.

For me that means taking the time to invest in my health and wellness, so I am able to do more of the things I love, with the people I love, in the places I love.

But it hasn't always been this way...

When I turned 40, I found myself at an all time low. I was overweight, which was causing pain, anxiety, and fatigue. I was often too tired or hurt to have fun. I was struggling with several major health concerns, and it looked like my best days were behind me.

That’s when my doctor offered me several prescriptions to help mask the pain. She warned me that I could never stop taking them, or I might have a heart attack or stroke, but this was the easy way to enjoy a few more good years. I was devastated.

That wasn’t going to work for me. I wanted more.

Instead, I leaned into my yoga practice. I became an instructor, and over the next few years studied all aspects of women’s health and wellness. I developed a simple self-care plan that worked for me, even though I was super busy with a career and family to manage.

Within just a few weeks, everything changed! As I started taking better care of myself, I started feeling better and living better! I got really clear about my goals, and as I made progress it encouraged me to make even healthier choices. The weight started melting off, the pain faded away, and I built a calm strength to drive my day.

Today I’m 49, and I have completely redefined my future and created a life I LOVE! I’m in the best shape of my life and enjoy active adventures like waterfall repelling and paddleboarding. I have conquered medical issues like diabetes, hypertension, weight management, and perimenopause. The best part is, I did all without needing any harmful, expensive medications.

As an avid explorer, I love to travel, but as I age the distance takes more of a toll on my well being. I found ,myself arriving at my destination stiff and sore with swollen legs and bloating! I need a whole day just to recover from a long flight, which serious cut into my time abroad! So once again, I turned to yoga and came up with a plan so alleviate the swelling, inflammation, and discomfort of the pressure changes, confined spaces, and sedentary hours on board. The results change everything! Now I hop off the plane ready to go!

I'm so excited to share my favorite airplane yoga poses with you inside this exclusive In-Flight Bliss guide so you can arrive at your destination rejuvenated and ready to explore!

See ya inside!
