Next, download the Mindfulness Tracker here.
You can fill this out online each day or print it as many times as you would like. I recommend journaling at least two weeks worth. I also have an Excel Spreadsheet version, so just drop me a quick message if you would like it, and I'll email it to you.
Once you've got that, watch this video for how to use it... I'll walk you through the factors that contribute to your mental wellbeing, and by keeping track of them, you'll learn to identify different situations that challenge your mindfulness.
