Learn all about the poses and safe transitions, and what to look for in a well structured class. We'll practice together, so you can ask questions and get real live feedback on your practice. You'll receive invaluable modification advice to keep your practice safe and strong. You'll receive OHM-work and a plan to help you reach your goals. I'll show you everything you need to start practicing Yoga so you can finally receive the amazing benefits everyone is always talking about! When you sign up, you'll be emailed my calendar right away, so you can choose a day and time that work for you. Once you've confirmed a date, you'll receive an inquiry form so I can get to know your unique situation a little better. Then we'll meet online where you'll receive personalized attention as you learn to get the most out of your practice. We'll practice together, and I'll give you my best recommendations moving forward. Cancellation Policy
Booking, Cancellation & Waitlist Policy A $750 non-refundable reservation deposit is required to reserve your place for Power & Peace: A bZenYoga Adventure Retreat in Costa Rica, March 5–12, 2027. The deposit is applied toward the total price of your selected accommodation. PAYMENT: For guests using the payment plan, 50% of the remaining balance is due December 1, 2026, and the final balance is due February 1, 2027. Reservations made after February 1 must be paid in full at booking. Accommodation options are subject to availability. CANCELLATION: The $750 reservation deposit is non-refundable. If you cancel on or before November 5, 2026, payments made above the deposit will be refunded, less non-refundable processing fees or costs already incurred specifically on your behalf. Beginning November 6, 2026, all retreat payments are non-refundable. If you are unable to attend, you may request to transfer your reservation to another eligible participant, subject to bZenYoga approval, accommodation availability, vendor restrictions and any associated costs. You are responsible for finding your replacement. TRAVEL INSURANCE: Comprehensive travel insurance is strongly recommended, including coverage for trip cancellation/interruption, medical emergencies, evacuation, travel delays and planned adventure activities. bZenYoga is not responsible for airfare or other travel arrangements purchased independently. RETREAT CHANGES: Activities, accommodations, transportation and itinerary details may be reasonably modified due to weather, safety, vendor availability or circumstances beyond bZenYoga's control. Such changes do not constitute cancellation of the retreat. WAITLIST: If the retreat or an accommodation category is full, guests may join the waitlist at no charge. A waitlist spot does not guarantee a reservation or accommodation type. If space becomes available, an offer may be held for 48 hours.
