Hey! I'm Emily!

When I turned 40, I hit an all-time low. Stress and weight issues had crept in, causing anxiety, chronic pain, and constant fatigue. I felt trapped by my health challenges, and my energy was so drained that I was often too tired or in pain to truly enjoy life. It felt like my best days were behind me.

Then came a wake-up call: my doctor suggested several prescriptions to mask my pain, warning me that I’d need them indefinitely to avoid risks like heart attack or stroke. The idea of managing my life this way devastated me—I wanted more.

​

That’s when I made a choice. I leaned into my yoga practice, and within weeks, everything started to change. The simple act of showing up for myself every day built momentum, and as I felt better physically, I felt empowered to make healthier choices in every part of my life. The weight began to come off, my pain subsided, and I gained the strength and energy I’d been missing.

​

Today, at 50, I’m in the best shape of my life, living a life I truly love. I became a Yoga Instructor and Health Coach, and over the last 10 years, I’ve dedicated myself to studying women’s health and wellness. With a career and family to balance, I created a simple self-care plan that worked for me—and now I get to share it with you.
