I know lately things have been tough.... for all of us.... around the globe.
Here's the thing to keep in mind though...
YOU ARE RESILIENT!
You have faced so many challenges that have made you the amazing person you are today. And we kinda like you just how you are!
Your body is so incredible that it actually recreates itself about every 10 years or so. Every cell in your body rebuilds. You already know how. You've already reinvented yourself multiple times!!
So remember when things seem tough, you've made it this far, and you'll find a way.
