We've been chatting a bit lately about growing roots, and planting yourself into a new season of growth! 🌱🙌🙂 AND sometimes that gets a little messy. One of my favorite teachers Thich Nhat Hanh reminds us - NO MUD, NO LOTUS. See the beautiful lotus flower will only grow if its seed falls into the deep mud. Which seems impossible! Especially for the seed I'm sure! But Lotus would not become who it is without having made this challenging journey. And YOU are the same!
